Ingredients:
Beef:
1 1/3 pounds hamburger
1/2 beef broth
1 medium white onion, diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 14 1/2 ounce can of petite tomatoes, drained
Sauce:
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Other Ingredients:
8-10 small/medium flour tortillas
1 cup refried beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium sizes skillet, brown the hamburger. Drain the grease. Add meat back to skillet and add the onion. Cook for 4 minutes. Add the broth, tomatoes and all the seasonings for the meat. Let it simmer on low until most of the broth has evaporated.
Meanwhile, combine all the sauce ingredients and heat.
Heat refried beans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9” x 12” baking dish. To assemble, spread a thin layer of the heated refried beans onto a tortilla, followed by a layer of the ground beef. Roll up the tortilla and place it seam-side down in baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Once all tortillas are rolled, spoon sauce over them. Sprinkle cheese over the tortillas. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Add olives before serving.

Add extra diced onion before serving
Add cilantro or sliced green onion on top
